yup thats great news ... so all the confornment last year was finally concidered... i still cant believe that no political party, took the side of the open category junta ...so even the parties dont care about us !! unfair i think?
@Nikhil: Political parties didnt took the issue in favor of the open category coz they all are just worried about their vote banks and not the welfare of the people. And we all know that the majority of the open category ppl dont vote, so in case it doesnt effect these parties...
