This was the last day of my training, not the technical one as that already got over but this training was of Soft Skills, or you may say as of Communicational Skills.
This was a two day training module in which we were told how to make presentations, take conference calls, how to write emails, etc.
In the evening of the first day of the training, we were divided into 5 teams, each having 6 or 7 members. We were given a task that next day in the morning, we have to make a presentation in front of the client in order to sell our product to her bank. No PowerPoint Presentations were allowed but only two chart papers & few sketch pens were given to us.
Mine was the third group. Other than me, Anubhav, Kuldeep, Kunal, Nishant & Rakhi were the members of the third group. Next day in the morning we made few charts n were ready with the presentation. We somehow managed to do a good job & we all were satisfied by our performances.
After few hours, the results came & to our surprise we were the lucky team whose product was chosen by the bank or in general terms, our group won that competition. Atlast during my whole two and half months of training, I won sumthing. It was a nice feeling, a feeling of achievement and as the prize or memories I’ve kept those chart paper slides with me…… One question I always wanted to ask the judge or the client (because both were same) that what was the USP of our presentation, which made us win that tough competition.
On returning back home I messaged Anubhav, Kunal, Nishant & Rakhi about the result of the competition, since that day they left earlier and Kunal called me back. He was very happy with the results and said “All Well that Ends Well !!!”
